The countdown to Jacob begins

Candice had her weekly check-up today as Jacob’s due date (April 11th) gets closer.  She’s been having some contractions for a little while (probably stress induced from all the stuff going on in our lives).  The doctor said she’s 1 cm dilated and Jacob is at +2 (scale goes from -4 to +4).  The doctor also mentioned that she would be on call this weekend and we had nothing to worry about…

Housewarming Party!

In an effort to get the house presentable we had a housewarming party on St. Patricks Day.  Lots of friends and family came over to check out the new place and get the grand tour.  Now that we are 90% unpacked, we might actually find some time to relax and just enjoy it.

Buying and selling houses is quite stressful.  My wife has done an awesome job of taking care of the details in our current endeavor.  I tried to find a way to say thank you by getting rid of the old washer & dryer and getting a brand new set of Maytag Epic.  It was a surprise that I documented through photographs.

Into our new house

We’ve finally moved from our old house in Kirkland to our brand new house in Redmond in the Wynstone Community.  The new house closed on March 1st and we moved in on the 3rd.  You can check out some pictures of our new place by following this link.
